Trying Out The New Chair
Near sunset last night I took the kids out in the front yard to try some environmental shots.
I had S. dress up in a tutu that she’s had for a while (and it’s probably the last time she’ll wear it), and sit in the chair for me.
I got some great shots of my daughter, but I don’t think they really gives the environmental feel I’d like to get.

I think I’ll bring this chair out at the session I’m doing in Old Town in a few weeks… if I can wait until then!

I am in love with the chair. These are great. I can’t wait to see more. I am going to have to find me one of these chairs….well similar anyway.
Thanks, Jaime! I am SO excited for my find!! I’ve seen so many wonderful chairs in environmental portraits and I knew I wanted to do them, but I figured it’d be a long time before I found a cool chair, or that it’d be out of my budget. It all worked out for me and I’m so grateful!!
