Our Scary Pet - Wordless Wednesday

Okay, I can’t make this completely wordless ‘cuz there’s a story attached. I found this girl by our front steps, in an area the kids like to play. My intention was to… destroy her. We only kill dangerous bugs in our household, which - of course - would include black widow spiders. But once we had brought her in, I felt bad for removing her from *her* house and couldn’t kill her. She was absolutely the biggest black widow we’ve ever seen, even compared to those we’ve seen at displays or museums! We took her to a field where few, if any, people will go, near an abandoned, burned down building.
