More Of My Nephews

I finally processed some of the photos I took with my own camera at the birthday party earlier this week.

I was only able to get two of my 5 nephews to sit for me; my niece was too busy with her cellie.

Here’s the guy you saw the other day.

He’s not even 15 and he’s already been a blackbelt for several years. He’s more into skateboarding and guitar-playing these days.

He’s a super teen who is so sweet to my kids, particularly my daughter, who adores him (and can you blame her?).

In these photos, he was actually paying attention to her while I was taking his photos. Here she was doing something that seems to have amused him.

His little brother willingly sat for me for a few minutes, too. Guess they’re not tired of having their mom point a camera at them all of the time.

He told me that this was his “normal smile”, and I got several frames of it. When I asked if he ever smiled differently, he gave me this beautiful new-tooth smile.

My sister, Dorine, has told me that she’s going to have me take portraits of her family this Summer. I’m really looking forward to it!
