And Baby Makes Three

A few weeks ago I drove up into the mountains to take photos of a newborn baby. We were hoping to get some golden light and so went during the last couple hours before sunset, but as we got closer to town, it began to snow!

The snow made me even more relieved that I’d had my husband drive me there, but that also meant that the kiddo’s had to come along. They had fun and didn’t bother me… too much. ;)

They got to go see the Daddy’s car off road vehicle; check out his sites to see some of the exciting stuff he does: Front Range Off-Road Fabrication and Diamond Axels.

Despite the weather and a few interruptions, we got lots of great shots of little O.!

Her grandparents were in town, so there was lots of fighting over who was going to hold the baby. LOL

Here are some of my favorite shots from the time we spent at their house

In Daddy’s big chair

One of her waking moments (she slept quite a bit for a 4 week old), learning her parents’ faces

She’s been a wonderful nurser since the beginning

Back asleep, in Grammie’s hands

Pop holding O.’s tiny feet

I’m finishing up processing a session with another 4-week old, but this one didn’t sleep at all! :D

Loved your photographs. My favorite is Oriana looking at her
two parents. She seems to be really studying them to see if they
    meet with her approval.

Can you come East July 12 & 13 plus however longer you want to my hoped for reunion? sure hope so. Love
